Superga Footwear: Go Scalze!
While doing my daily research on new footwear trends, I came across this post about Superga shoes on the LA Times Daily Travel and Deal Blog. At first glance, you may say to yourself, "They look like Keds." And then you'll find out that they're made near Turin, Italy and you'll say, "Look like Italian Keds."
Ok, I'll give you that, but doesn't the name Superga just sound ultra-hip and trendy? Hard to believe that R.G. Barry Corp. of Dearfoams fame is the North American licensee for Superga. Dearfoams!
The iconic 2750 model pictured below is meant to be worn sockless with its lower cut ankle opening and finished inseams, so go scalze!
