Some shoe companies tout themselves as comfort brands when in fact all they've done is slap in a memory foam covered insole with no thought to the anatomical structure and movement of the human foot. Not so with Aravon, a New Balance company. Serious research has gone into the making of their wonderfully comfortable shoes. Aravon footwear is engineered to support the foot through the whole gait cycle--from heel strike, to arch flex, to toe-off. Those of you with neuroma or metatarsalgia will appreciate the rocker sole on Aravon footwear.
As I wore my Aravon sandals around the house y
esterday (still waiting for a dressier occasion to give these a good test run), the first thing I noticed was the ample toe box area. Many shoes with similar design across the toes aggravate my bunions, but not the Mia. The second thing I noticed is that the cushioned footbed is removable to accommodate a custom orthotic. Technical features aside, I think the Mia is just darn cute. Available in narrow, medium and wide widths for $149.95 at OnlineShoes.com.

Love it. So adorable.

Hey thanks for the comment; yeah those Merrells are definitely cute. Trying...to...resist...!
:)
And I loooove these Aravon shoes you posted...they look like an awesome fusion of comfort and style. SO cute. Now all they need to do is make a non-leather version and I'm totally there.
