Who Let the Dogs Out? Type Z Dessert

I'm in a limerick Type_z_dessert_2kind of mood with St. Pat's day around the corner.

There once was a shoe so bizarre,
  worn only in east Myanmar.
  A boot meets the thong,
  A toadstool-esque prong.
To Zappos it's brought from afar.

Ok, I really love my new clogs. Like their they're so cool and like so pink, like my bubble gum. Yeah, there they're comfortable too with lots and lotsa alot a lot of room for my toesies cuz I like have this bump thing on the side of my big toe. You can get a pair to too so we can be like twins! That would be like so awesome.

Human Adult version of Dr. Scholl's Dance Clog available at Zappos for $45.95.

Reebok Freestyle Reign-Bow: "Who Let the Dogs Out?" Shoe of the Month

Reebokpurple

From time to time I will post a shoe that is hideous beyond compare, hence the "Who Let the Dogs Out?" category.

Channeling Olivia Newton-John,"Let's get physical, physical. I wanna get physical. Let's get into physical!!"

This shoe was only acceptable for high-impact aerobics class from about, oh, 1981-1985. Yet the anachronistic Reebok Freestyle Reign-Bow is very here and now at Masseys.com, and it's on sale for under $50!

Didn't all of us 35 and over own a pair of these (in white) in the 80's? Feel free to comment.

Cutting Edge Fashion Boot or Walking Cast?

Tsubopasha

One of these boots is made by a tragically hip footwear company for $189.95 and the other is produced by Royce Medical Supplies for $49.95. Can you tell the difference?

MBT M-Walk: The "Who Let the Dogs Out?" Shoe of the Week

Mbt There is no color in the spectrum that would be appropriate for these shoes, but lime green is the last color I would want if someone forced me to wear these.  Ok, 'fess up. Who has a pair of MBT's? Do they live up to the hype (reduce cellulite, tone legs)? Inquiring minds want to know.

Crocs Mammoth: CrUGGly or Cute?

Oh this will get the Crocs and Ugg haters all riled. A marriage between the Ugg mini classic and a Crocs Cayman produced this curious offspring: the Mammoth. What are your thoughts?

Birkenstock Anadil: Heidi Klum should stick to her day job

Birkenstockanadil The Who let the dogs out? shoe of the week is the Birkenstock Anadil designed by Heidi Klum. Is this a joke or is this a serious attempt oElf_2n Ms. Klum's part to break into the fashion industry?

The open-back mule style is just not practical for your average hard-working elf residing in the North Pole.  Buddy is sporting  the closed-back style which for obvious reasons is a better choice for true elves.

BC Footwear's Wildlife Preserve aka "Little Bunny Foo Foo"

WildlifeUpdate 11/16/07: Ok, if you MUST have these...

And along came the gooood fairy and turned him into a shoe so hideous, he'll be forever sorry for picking up the field mice and bopping them in the head.

Folks, what have we here? BC Footwear designers should have stopped at the bunny and made him into a floppy house slipper, but instead someone got the bright idea to add a wedge heel turning it into an actual shoe. Please feel free to comment, I'd love some feedback on this particular number.
