Closed toe sandals are a great option for various situations you might find yourself in. Whatever your reasons are for wanting your toes covered in summertime (job dress code, toe insecurity, no time for a pedicure…), I’ve got eight recommendations ranging from casual to dress sandals. Closed toe shoes definitely have their perks. El Naturalista has a great pair of closed toe casual shoes that are perfect for summer time!

They are only $140 from Hanig’s Footwear

So are slingbacks basically a kind of sandal, albeit a classy one? They are usually closed toe, but the back is structured around an ankle strap that only takes the back half of the ankle and connects to the insole or to the toe box.
