OTBT Springfield Reviewed

OTBT Sprinfield

OTBT makes some great shoes. This shoe just won’t go away. The OTBT Springfield style keeps coming back year after year in new colors, textures and patterns. I wish more shoe companies would hold on to their beloved styles instead of retiring them after a season or two (Hello Dansko, I’m talking to you).  The Springfield combines slingback, mary jane and wedge into one cute shoe with attention to comfort details such as: EVA footbed that molds to the foot and provides good support and light cushioning, wide toe box and adjustable instep strap. Even the 1 1/2″ wedge heel from OTBT provides a little lift which could help with plantar fasciitis pain.otbt springfield 2

The OTBT Springfield is a wonderful little transitional shoe from summer into fall as it encloses the toes yet still has a sandal “open-air” vibe. If you’re between sizes, I’d recommend ordering up as this style runs a little small. If you have bunions or bumpy big toe knuckles (how else to describe them??), you may find the vamp to restrictive on those sensitive spots.

The OTBT Springfield is available in medium width, sizes 6-11 at Amazon $45-105, $69-$89 at OnlineShoes.com, free shipping and exchanges, and$99 at MustHaveShoes.com, with free shipping.

Have you been a fan of OTBT as long as I have? Any other models you’d like me to review? Look forward to reading your comments below.

    Hello kristan,
I am verrrrry please that I stumble over your web site. I work in a warehouse 2-4 days a week. I also drive a fork truck and stand for long hrs building and moving Stadium seats. My Dogs (feet) are yelling out ” Stop abusing Me”. My third toe is blacken a little from wearing work boots. I now have small corns on several of my toes, (fiction). Need a nice supported leather stylist shoe, 11/2″ to 2″ to wear after work. I need a wide 91/2 shoe. Had my bunions removed already. If you have work boots that would be great as well. Please help!!!!
